Process customer product within minimal scrap
By entrusting us with your parts we have the duty and responsibility to protect and preserve them while in our possession. This includes performing our processes with minimal scrap. While manufacturing processes do create scrap, Valmac tracks and assumes responsibility of scrap relative to your expectations and allowances even if that is zero.
Make shipments to customers that are conforming to agreed specifications.
It is Valmac’s responsibility to assure the parts we ship to you are conforming. It should never be your responsibility to find out we did not. “Nothing bad gets out the door” is an internal saying we strive towards and work by.
Make shipments to customers that are within agreed due dates.
On time delivery (OTD). Maintaining a 99.5% or beter on time delivery rating should give you confidence that your parts are completed and shipped when you expect them.
Continually improve our processes and the quality management system.
By continually looking for and pursuing improvements, we work to provide the most economical services our customers.
